This business is a rip off. They will deny your claims any way they possibly can with little explanation. Don't take a chance with these people. Go somewhere else. I've never been less happy with any insurance carrier. To rub it in, they will constantly annoy you with unnecessary texts, emails and even mail and phone calls. They should put their resources into fulfilling claims instead of inventing reasons to contact everyone about nothing. I think they do it in hopes you won't respond so they have another possible reason to deny claims.

We had just recently moved here and needed to switch our State Farm insurance to Florida as well as get new renters insurance. Kaylee was so very helpful, not only were we able to switch our auto insurance and get new renters insurance as well, but at a lesser price than what we had in our previous state of residence thank you so very much Kerry Denton / State Farm Great service, very professional and helpful staff 😁
